Food and drink lovers rejoice, Cornucopia Whistler is just around the corner. From November 8th- 18th, the northern celebration of all things that tantalize the palette will take over the village. Tastings, long table dinners, and even seminars fill up the 11 days to the brim. By the end, your taste buds will be beyond satisfied and above all, inspired. There’s a lot to eat, drink and do, so we’ve gathered up the highlights of Cornucopia Whistler, the food and drink festival of the North. Come hungry and leave happy!
The Signature Tastings events offer samples of food and drink in a layout that harbors a social atmosphere. Depending on which tasting you attend, you can try foods from around the world, local produce, or a finely curated wine list. Participants should be prepared as a dress code is in effect.
The House Party: Best of BC

This event is such a hit, it always sells out. Held in the Whistler Conference Centre, walk around to various booths to taste a variety of offerings that all feature foods, wines, spirits and beer produced in British Columbia. Who knows, you might find a new local favourite!
The world of wines and spirits is ever changing and consequently, can be challenging to navigate. Learn about how to pair wines with foods or what it means when the age of a vino is mentioned. Moreover, during the drink seminars, participants can find answers to particular questions as well as creative angles on familiar drinks.
Daring Pairings: Wine & Junk Food come out of the closet

Nourish: Health And Wellness
The Nourish Series focuses on providing education that surrounds health and is a micro-festival within Cornucopia. The topics cover everything from sustainable food to lifestyle choices. Participants can choose workshops a la carte and even drop into sessions that are not full.
